The corn husk dryer mechanic structure and working principle:
The corn husk dryer consists of heat resource, loading machine, feeder, rotary drum, discharger, draft fan, unloading machine, switch board, and cooling system. The work principle: the corn steep liquor is blended evenly with the corn husk in the mixer. The mixed wet corn husk with 35%-40% moisture is sent to the feeder by the loading machine. The feeder then sends the corn husk to the drying rotary drum where they are contacted fully with the hot air by the stir of the uniform distributed shoveling plate. Thus achieve the goal of heat transfer and mass transfer. The dried corn husk is put out in the drum terminal by the star like unloading machine. The discharger sends out the finished product and ends the all the drying process. After drying, the product will be cooled by the cooling system. With uniformity of degree of drying and color, all is pretty ideal.
