Sand dryer application and features:
Sand dryer is called rotary drum dryer for short and it is the dryer dealing with great amount of materials. It is of stable running, flexible operation, strong adaptability, huge dealing amount and so is widely used in building material, metallurgy, food, chemical engineering, coal, medicine, and mineral industries. Sand dryer is applicable for particle-shape material drying, and wetness paste material or material with high moisture drying by putting into mixed materials. For drying of sand by rotary drum dryer is of impressive effect. The main features of sand dryer are strong production capacity, wide application, small flow resistance, large fluctuation range in operation, and easy running. It is mostly used in drying sand, mineral powder, and coal cinder.

Sand dryer working principle:
Sand dryer is mostly used in drying particle-shape materials such as river sand, quartz sand, kaolin, and monoammonium phosphate slag. The material goes into the drying roller by conveyor, the shoveling plate in the barrel continuously lift and drop the material in the spin of the roller. And the material fully contact with the high temperature and hot air current sent by induced air system and the material is dried.
