The working principle of vertical dryer:
The molded water polo is sent to furnace top by the belt conveyor and is well-distributed to the total cross-section of the furnace top by material distribution device. The moulded coal moves down slowly by gravity in its orbit as well as makes heat exchange with strong wind. The moisture evaporated by moulded coal is brought away by strong wind with the machine. The moulded coal is fully dried after two hour’s evaporation.
